Constructionarium has expanded its professional development offering with the introduction of a new Management and Leadership training programme aimed at employees moving into supervisory and management roles for the first time.
The not-for-profit organisation has launched a First Time Manager/Supervisor course designed to support individuals who are either new to management or preparing to take on their first leadership responsibilities. The programme aims to help participants develop the skills needed to lead teams and manage people effectively.
The new initiative broadens Constructionarium’s training portfolio beyond its traditional focus on construction and the wider built environment sector, providing additional professional development opportunities for industry employees.
