Victaulic and Electra M&E Polska have formalised a closer European partnership focused on bringing grooved mechanical pipe joining, engineering support and prefabrication into complex projects earlier in the delivery process.
The agreement expands a long-standing relationship between the companies, with Electra M&E Polska gaining earlier access to Victaulic’s design support, project management services and engineering expertise during tender preparation and project planning.
The approach is intended to improve coordination and delivery certainty on complex industrial and mission-critical projects, while creating more opportunities to move mechanical installation activity away from site.
DfMA brought into projects earlier
Victaulic says grooved mechanical pipe joining can reduce installation complexity, lower reliance on specialist welding labour and eliminate hot works. The systems can also support later maintenance and modification without cutting or replacing pipework.
Sebastian Matijasevich, Sales Director for Europe at Victaulic, said:

It transforms an already trusted relationship into a formal, structured partnership, allowing us to integrate our DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) and off-site fabrication expertise into Electra M&E Polska’s projects from the earliest stages.”
Expanding prefabrication capacity
The partnership also builds on Victaulic’s manufacturing presence in Poland. In 2024, the company opened a new prefabrication facility in Drezdenko, increasing its capacity to supply ready-to-install mechanical piping systems across the region.
The companies will now assess prefabrication and offsite assembly opportunities earlier in the project lifecycle, with the aim of reducing site activity and improving overall project efficiency.
